Shipping Info

We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail - whichever method will provide you with the best service. Most in-stock items will ship within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. For shipment to PO Boxes, we will ship your package USPS Priority Mail.


1. Please call 1-866-578-8697 if you wish to make sure that the items you are ordering are positively in stock. Thanks to our loyal customers, many great things leave our stores on an hourly basis. Therefore, an item may be out of stock even though it does not say so on the webpage. Thanks for your understanding that our stock levels change very quickly.

2. If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our policy to ship the in-stocks items immediately, then ship the backordered items as soon as they arrive in our store.


Allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will go out the next day.
The arrival date will depend on the distance it travels from Portland, Oregon.


We offer a flat rate shipping rate of $9.95 for orders up to $100 and $4.95 for orders over $100 (not including taxes) to the US, excluding Alaska & Hawaii.

Please note that many oversized or heavy items are not eligible for shipping. These items include a warning message indicating "THIS ITEM IS FOR PICKUP OR LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY!" in an orange box above the add to cart button.

USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground have announced shipping delays which are beyond our control.  We will notify you when we are able to ship your order and provide you with tracking information from the carrier as soon as it is available but we cannot guarantee the exact date your package will arrive.


Due to large box size or heavy weight, some items are available for in-store pickup or local delivery only. Recently, we have noticed that shipping rates have increased due to COVID-19, especially for packages shipped to the East Coast.  These added charges range from an extra $5.00 to $25.00 charge per shipment. In the case of oversized or long distance shipping increases, we will contact you to have you approve the surcharge prior to charging your credit card.  If we are not able to assist you with your order, we will try to connect you with another local retailer who can.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR is available. The charges will be added separately to your bill. Call us at 1-866-578-8697 and we will add this option and charge it to your order.

Allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will go out with the next day's shipping.
Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.

There will be an extra charge of at least $10.00 per box, since the items must be shipped by Air.

Packages sent to APO and FPO addresses can not be shipped via UPS.
We must send them instead using the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. An extra charge of at least $10.00 per box will be applied to your order.

We can ship outside of the United States. However, shipping costs will vary according to the destination and the weight and size of the package. We ship our international packages by way of the U.S. Postal Service using their Airmail delivery. The shipping cost will NOT show up on your original order, but will be added after the order is received and shipping is calculated. Please email us if you need further information. Note: Piccolo Mondo Toys is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the United States. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot predict when your package will arrive.
